Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1989, Mr. Brown started practice with a small firm that concentrated on civil litigation and then joined a well-known and respected statewide firm whose primary practice was insurance defense. After several years as a senior partner, Mr. Brown started his own firm in 2008. He has over 31 years of experience in civil litigation handling a wide variety of cases as well as defending workers' compensation claims for carriers, self-insureds, and third-party administrators at the trial and appellate level throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Brown is certified by the State of Florida, Department of Insurance, and has lectured extensively on the subject of workers' compensation.
